about
Co-founder & Chief Scientist of Iterable. San Francisco.
I co-founded Iterable in 2013, out of a small office in downtown San Francisco. We wanted to give any company the kind of personalized customer messaging that, back then, took a team of engineers to pull off.
A decade on, it runs communication for more than 1,200 incredible brands around the world. I've held many jobs along the way: President through the early years, then CEO & President from 2021 to 2025, the stretch where we crossed both $100M and $200M in annual recurring revenue. In mid-2025 I handed off the CEO job and became Chief Scientist, which means I spend my days on technical problems again. Mostly that means Nova, our AI agent.
Before Iterable I was on Google's AdSense team, and before that I studied Business, Computer Science, and Information Systems at Boston College. Free time lately goes to AI experimentation and security research.
Email me if you want to talk about agents or browser security, or just to say hi.
